We demonstrate plasmonic ring resonator modulators operating at 480Gbit/s with AIR of 461Gbit/s in an IM/DD experiment. The modulator features low insertion loss of 1.2 dB, a flat bandwidth in excess of 110 GHz, and represents the first ring modulator with net rates of >400Gbit/s.
