To enable QKD in various scenarios, we developed a 625 MHz real-time autonomous timebinphase QKD system with custom clock synchronization. We demonstrate the system’s performance and robustness under unstable link conditions, a variety of fiber and free-space links, and up to 34 dB channel loss.
