We developed a novel needle-free injection system through electrically induced microbubble. This system generated microbubbles and applied repetitive mechanical stimulation to perforate on tissue and introduce the reagent. In this research, we proposed improving reagent introduction depth through reflecting the shock wave from microbubble. Our result showed that the developed shock wave reflection method improving the reagent introduction ability of microbubble needle-free injection.
