Inhalt:
Rotating parts such as shafts, gear wheels, ball bearings or rollers are subject to wear that limits their lifetime. Damage causes production downtime and consequential damage to the entire production plant. This system design makes it possible to record and wirelessly transmit measured values on rotating parts without an additional voltage source. The prototype is presented using the example of an application on a support roller and the economic efficiency of the system is analysed.
