ALOS-2 Quad. Pol. Images and ALOS Ones

This paper presents polarimetric scattering power decomposition images of ALOS PALSAR and ALOS2 PASAR2 data sets. Since the launch of ALOS in 2006, ALOS had acquired fully polarimetric data more than 270,000 scenes in its experimental mode. ALOS-2 has been acquiring more than 2000 data sets in its limited observation scenario in 2015. The total number of data sets became huge. The utilization of these fully polarimetric data is the most important factor for monitoring the earth surface. We have been engaged in the decomposition of scattering power decompositions and applied decomposition schemes to available ALOS-1/2 level 1.1 data sets. This paper presents and also compares some of images with emphasis on incidence angle effect for monitoring the earth surface.
