The generation of Interferometric Spotlight DEMs is investigated, using the processing chain included in the Delft Object-oriented Radar Interferometric Software (DORIS). The effects of not correctly handled Doppler drift is shown. The standard interferometric processing, without Doppler drift handling, has been applied to Spotlight image pairs, showing the interferometric coherence loss occurring as we move away from scene center. Using proper interferometric processing for Spotlight data, can lead to obtain very high resolution and accuracy DEMs. Spotlight image pair has been processed and the obtained DEM has been shown proving the high details and product accuracy.
