Inhalt:
An adaptive signal-model-based SAR imaging algorithm is proposed in this paper. A polynomial-phase signal model is constructed according to the physical procedure of SAR operation. The parameters of the model are then estimated element by element in the data matrix adaptively. Parameter space, the group of the estimated parameters, can be mapped to form SAR image products. The algorithm is application-oriented, since the product applications can guide the mapping procedure. Simulation experiment is performed to demonstrate the validity of the algorithm, which can additionally reduce the sidelobe artifacts.
