Diese VDE-Leitlinie basiert auf der Zusammenarbeit von Bildungsträgern, Verbänden und Trainern aus dem Bereich Glasfaserausbau und der Telekommunikationsindustrie. Ziel dieser 1. Leitlinie ist es, die Qualifizierung von Personal für das Arbeiten mit Glasfaserprodukten zu harmonisieren. Die Anzahl der Konzepte und Angebote ist vielfältig, allerdings gibt es bisher wenig Vergleichbarkeit in der Fülle an Seminaren und Trainings am Markt. Darüber hinaus klagt die Branche über das Fehlen von Fachkräften für den Ausbau. Dieses Dokument mit dem Titel „Leitlinien und Qualifizierungsmuster Breitband – Grundlagenmodul der Glasfasertechnik“ besteht aus: - Curriculum; - Anforderungen an den Referenten; - Anforderung an die Bildungsstätte; - Theoretische und praktische Testordnung. Diese Leitlinie VDE 0800-200 bildet die Grundlage einer Reihe von auf ihr aufbauenden Leilinien zur Weiterbildung, die in den nächsten Monaten zu entwickeln sind. This guideline VDE 0800-200 forms the basis of a series of guidelines for further training based on it, which are to be developed in the coming months. This document with the title "Guidelines and qualification schemes Broadband - Part 200: Basic module fundamentals of fibre optic technology" is applied by training institutions as a template for the development of a corresponding seminar.
