Diese VDE-Anwendungsregel beschreibt eine mögliche Implementierung einer solchen Leistungssteuerung am Netzanschlusspunkt mit Hilfe eines Kommunikationsprotokolls durch eine oder mehrere steuerbare Kundenanlagen. Entsprechend der adressierten technischen Grenze zwischen dem elektrischen Niederspannungsverteilnetz und der Energie beziehenden oder produzierenden Kundenanlage beschreibt dieses Kommunikationsprotokoll allgemein die Schnittstelle an der Eigentumsgrenze des Anschlussnehmers. Netzrelevante und sonstige Steuerungsaufgaben stellen an der Schnittstelle zu den steuerbaren Kundenanlagen unterschiedliche Anforderungen, sodass die Steuerungsaufgaben in dieser VDE-Anwendungsregel differenziert werden müssen.
Diese VDE-Anwendungsregel zielt auf die Beschreibung eines technischen Informationsaustauschs an der Schnittstelle zur Liegenschaft und der darin befindlichen Elemente der Kundenanlage. Die Beschreibung erfolgt zunächst in Form generischer, technologieagnostischer Use Case Functions, die als Absprungbasis für verschiedene technische Umsetzungen mit unterschiedlichen Protokollen dienen sollen. Beispielhaft wird eine Lösungsmöglichkeit unter Verwendung der Protokolle SHIP und SPINE beschrieben. Die vorliegende VDE-Anwendungsregel beschreibt kein Geräte- oder System-Architekturmodell, keine Geräteeigenschaften und auch keine Verortung zu einem Gerät.
Diese technische Lösung stützt sich auf die SPINE Resource Specification (siehe VDE-AR-E 2829-6-3). Für die interoperable Konnektivität stützt sich diese technische Lösung auf diese: - die SPINE-Protokollspezifikation als Anwendungsprotokoll (siehe VDE-AR-E 2829-6-3). - SHIP-Spezifikation als Transportprotokoll (siehe VDE-AR-E 2829-6-4).
Diese VDE-Anwendungsregel zielt auf die Beschreibung eines technischen Informationsaustauschs an der Schnittstelle zur Liegenschaft und der darin befindlichen Elemente der Kundenanlage. Die Beschreibung erfolgt zunächst in Form generischer, technologieagnostischer Use Case Functions, die als Absprungbasis für verschiedene technische Umsetzungen mit unterschiedlichen Protokollen dienen sollen. Beispielhaft wird eine Lösungsmöglichkeit unter Verwendung der Protokolle SHIP und SPINE beschrieben. Die vorliegende VDE-Anwendungsregel beschreibt kein Geräte- oder System-Architekturmodell, keine Geräteeigenschaften und auch keine Verortung zu einem Gerät.

This VDE application guide describes a possible implementation of such power control at the grid connection point using a communication protocol by one or more controllable customer installations. In accordance with the addressed technical boundary between the electrical low-voltage distribution grid and the energy-consuming or producing customer installation, this communication protocol generally describes the interface at the property boundary of the connection user. Network-relevant and other control tasks place different requirements on the interface to the controllable customer installations, so that the control tasks must be differentiated in this VDE application guide.
This VDE application guide aims to describe a technical information exchange at the interface to the property and the elements of the customer installation located therein. The description is initially in the form of generic, technology-agnostic use case functions, which are intended to serve as a jumping-off point for various technical implementations with different protocols. As an example, a possible solution using the SHIP and SPINE protocols is described. The present use case rule does not describe a device or system architecture model, no device properties and also no localisation to a device.
This technical solution is based on the SPINE Resource Specification (see VDE-AR-E 2829-6-3). For interoperable connectivity, this technical solution relies on this: - SPINE protocol specification as application protocol (see VDE-AR-E 2829-6-3). - SHIP specification as transport protocol (see VDE-AR-E 2829-6-4).
