Content Foreword

PESS is an IEEE PES Germany Chapter conference for students in the field of Power and Energy. It serves as an opportunity to introduce students to the procedures and experiences of a typical scientific conference. It also provides a platform for students to publish outstanding scientific research.
With the Faculties of Design and Art, Minden Campus, Engineering and Mathematics, Social Sciences, Bielefeld School of Business and Health at our three campuses in Bielefeld, Minden and Gütersloh, Hochschule Bielefeld – University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSBI) works closely together with the industrial and business communities and social and cultural institutes in East Westphalia.

IEEE chapters are geographical units active in Germany and your first level contact point to join technical activities and do networking with other IEEE members. IEEE Technical Activities are the core activities of the IEEE and are organized in 36 Technical Societies.
