This document specifies limits and measurement methods for electromagnetic energy radiated by electric and hybrid road vehicles in the frequency range 150 kHz to 30 MHz in order to ensure the protection of the radio reception of radio and broadcast receivers if they are used in a residential area in a distance of 10 m from the vehicle. In this document limits for radiated magnetic fields in a distance of 3 m are specified and specifications for the measuring method and the operating conditions were given. In the annexes information concerning the measurement uncertainty were provided.
