Specification for radio disturbance and immunity measuring apparatus and methods
Part 4-2: Uncertainties, statistics and limit modelling – Measurement instrumentation uncertainty
(CISPR 16-4-2:2011); German version EN 55016-4-2:2011 Class/Status:
Standard,
withdrawn
Released: 2012-04
VDE Art. No.: 0876028
This standard specifies the method of applying measurement instumentation uncertainty when determining compliance with CISPR disturbance limits. Its content is also relevant to EMC tests when interpretation of the results and conclusions reached will be impacted by the uncertainty of the measurement instrumentation used during testing. For the different emission measurement methods related to conducted disturbances at mains and telecommunication ports, disturbance power and radiated disturbances the measurement uncertainty value UCISPR is specified for the performance of the measurement at different measurement sites (opean area test site, semi-anechoic and fully anechoic rooms) and with the use of different measurement equipment. In the annexes uncertainty budgets for the different methods are given and explained.
