Radio disturbance characteristics – Limits and methods of measurement for the protection of off-board receivers below 30 MHz
(CISPR 36:2020); German version EN IEC 55036:2020 Class/Status:
Standard,
valid
Released: 2021-11
VDE Art. No.: 0800761
This standard contains the German version of the European Standard EN IEC 55036:2020 and is identical with the International Standard CISPR 36:2020. It specifies limits and measurement methods for electromagnetic energy radiated by electric and hybrid road vehicles in the frequency range 150 kHz to 30 MHz in order to ensure the protection of the radio reception of radio and broadcast receivers if they are used in a residential area in a distance of 10 m from the vehicle. It applies only to road vehicles, where an electric propulsion is used for sustained speed of more than 6 km/h. It does not apply to vehicles with a so-called micro hybrid engine and for mild hybrid vehicles. In the standard limits for radiated magnetic fields in a distance of 3 m are specified and specifications for the measuring method and the operating conditions were given. In the annexes informations concerning the measurement uncertainty were provided.
