This standard contains the German version of the European EMF Product Standard EN 50663. It contains requirements for the demonstration of the safety of persons in electromagnetic fields in the frequency range 10 MHz to 300 GHz from low power electronic and electrical equipment. Herefore this standard defines specifications for the exposure conditions, the limits, the conformity assessment and the evaluation uncertainty und refers to the European Council Recommendation 1999/5/EG and the European Workers Directive 2013/35/EU depending of the use of the equipment by the general public or in working environments. The standard also serves for the implementation of the essential requirements of the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU concerning the EMF of the relevant equipment.
