This standard contains the German version of the second edition of European Standard EN 61000-4-9 and is identical with the second edition of International Standard IEC 61000-4-9. It describes the immunity test of electrical and electronic equipment against pulse magnetic fields. In relation to the previous edition the requirements were adapted to the relevant specifications of IEC 61000-4-5, the specifications in annex A concerning the calibriation of the induction coils were transferred into the main part and new annexes B, D, E, F and G were added.
