The objectives of this standard are safety related and functional related additional requirements on earthing and bonding of ITE interfacing other earthing and bonding configurations. Special attention is given to the prevention of EMI. With respect to the previous standard those requirements already presented in other standards have been deleted and replaced by references. The remaining requirements have been revised.
