This updated Technical Report contains the decisions and interpretations of the CLC/TC 61 comitee and of OSM/HA related to European Standards of the EN 60335 series. These decisions may provide useful interpretations of the standards. In this update new interpretations are added. Interpretations, which are not needed any more, e.g. due to an update of the standard text, were removed.
