This part of IEC 62057 applies to Automatic Meter Testing System (AMTS) permanently installed in a controlled environment. It covers the composition, technical requirements and certain test methods of AMTS. And it applies to newly manufactured AMTS to test static active/reactive meters on 50 Hz or 60 Hz networks with an AC voltage up to 600V (phase to neutral).
