This prestandard is intended as a supplement to DIN VDE 0100-551 (VDE 0100-551):2017-02; Annex ZC with its additional requirements for stand-alone low-voltage generation sets that are not connected to the electricity distribution network and for stand-alone low-voltage generation sets that supply permanently installed systems that are separated from the electricity distribution network.
