German version EN 50121-5:2015 Class/Status:
Standard,
withdrawn
Released: 2016-01
VDE Art. No.: 0100303
This standard specifies limits and measuring methods for the emission and immunity of electrical and electronic apparatus and components which are foreseen to be installed in fixed power supply installations and apparatus e.g. substations. Filter are not covered within the scope. The specific requirements are valid together with the EN 50121-1 for the frequency range 0 Hz to 400 GHz. The description of the test procedure shall be taken from the standards given at the relevant place in the pre-standard. The performance criteria for the immunity test are specified by reference to EN 50121-1. In relation to the previous edition the undated references were changed into dated references, the limits for radiated magnetic fields in the frequency range from 9 kHz to 150 kHz were deleted and the requirements for the emission in the frequency range from 1 GHz to 6 GHz and for the immunity were extended into the frequency range from 5,1 GHz to 6 GHz.
