VDE guidelines elaborated within FNN (VDE guidelines (FNN)) are a basis for safe and reliable power supply. They enhance technical safety, quality and efficiency and serve to ensure the safety of human beings and property and hence are of use to the general public. They may also be a basis for conformity testing.
VDE guidelines (FNN) elaborated in accordance with VDE-AR-N 100 are VDE guidelines in the sense of 6.1 of VDE 0022.
