Abstract:
Objective: To provide reference for the treatment of Metabolism-Related Fatty Liver by analyzing the medication rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of MAFLD. Methods: Clinical studies on the treatment of MAFLD with TCM included in CNKI, Wanfang, and PubMed databases since 2011 were searched to establish a literature database. The frequency of treatments of TCM was analyzed using Excel 2019. SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software were used to perform association rule analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis to explore the patterns of TCM treatment of MAFLD. Results: Frequency analysis of formula treatments revealed that the principle of treating MAFLD was to dredge the liver and strengthen the spleen, activate blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis. 6 drug combinations with high association strengths were obtained by association rule analysis; 5 drug combinations were obtained by clustering analysis; 8 common factors were extracted by factor analysis. Conclusion: Modern TCM treatment of MAFLD is based mainly on the herbs that can regulate the liver and strengthen the spleen, activate blood and remove blood stasis, combining with herbs that can promote urination, clear dampness and heat, as well as using herbs with lipidregulating functions.
