Research on the Construction of Athlete Training Load Evaluation Model

Abstract:
The design, diagnosis and evaluation of exercise load is a basic problem in the theory of exercise training. For a long time, in the practice and theoretical research of various special training, the selection of sports load evaluation indicators has been perplexing front-line coaches and scientific researchers. In order to realize comprehensive, effective and operable exercise load diagnosis and evaluation, a scientific evaluation system should be established. Based on this, this paper constructs an athlete training load evaluation index system, determines the weight value of the load evaluation index, and quantifies the evaluation results of the model index. Experiments show that the model can effectively improve the correlation and reliability of the evaluation results, and accurately reflect the training load of athletes.
