Research on Aerobics Training Simulation System Based on VR Technology

Abstract:
Modern competitive sports are developing rapidly to be high, difficult, refined and sophisticated, which makes sports training need to rely more on modern scientific and technological means. Based on the VR technology support perspective, in order to improve the training effect and performance of aerobics athletes, this paper designs a sports aerobics simulation system from the system structure, system software and hardware. The test shows that the aerobics training simulation system based on VR technology can effectively improve the training effect of athletes, and can improve the athletes' competition performance after application.
