Abstract:
In order to solve the ambiguity of parameter design decision and scheme selection in the design and manufacture of new water-wading rescue robots under the condition of uncertainty of design parameters and design scheme. A FAHP-FTOPSIS fuzzy comprehensive evaluation design scheme selection method combining triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and fuzzy approximate ideal solution ranking method (FTOPSIS) is proposed, which eliminates the personal preference and subjectivity of experts in scoring. The rescue robot design scheme evaluation system is established from three aspects: technical index, performance index and structural index. The triangular FAHP method is used to solve the weight and priority of each parameter index, to sort the design schemes according to their merits and demerits. Finally, the optimal design scheme is obtained according to the analysis of the solution results, and the conceptual diagram and relevant parameters of the new rescue robot under this design scheme are given, which provides a certain theoretical decision reference for the design, manufacture and optimization of this new type of rescue robot. It has strong practical engineering significance.
