Abstract:
As an important part of vulnerable road users, pedestrians have great flexibility and mobility in participating in traffic activities, and pedestrian traffic accidents are one of the most frequent traffic accidents nowadays. To reduce pedestrianrelated traffic accidents. The China New Car Assessment Programme Management Regulation(C-NCAP) introduced pedestrian test evaluation scenarios in the 2018 edition, and the scenarios were optimized and tightened in the 2021 edition. This paper introduces the study of pedestrian test evaluation scenarios from the perspective of traffic accidents, and it finally summarized two typical test scenarios which include car to crossing pedestrain and car to longitudinal pedestrain.
