Abstract:
To meet the demand for the emergency distribution of epidemic prevention materials in a pandemic quarantine area, a Vehicle-Drones hybrid distribution model is constructed. In this paper, vehicles are used to transport emergency supplies from the primary distribution center to secondary distribution centers and outlier customer locations. Drones are used at the secondary distribution center to deliver goods to customers in the quarantine area. In the first-level distribution, the DBKM algorithm is designed to screen outlier customer points in the quarantine area and uses the ant colony algorithm to solve vehicle route planning. In the second-level distribution, the AEGA algorithm is proposed for solving the drone path planning under the constraints of the time window and drone range restrictions. Finally, simulation verifies that this paper's "Vehicle-Drone" hybrid distribution model is more efficient than the traditional "Vehicle-Drone" joint distribution model in epidemic prevention materials distribution.
