Geo-Distributed Data Analytics Using Novel Cloud Resource Provisioning Method

Abstract:
With the increasing demands for cloud&network convergence computing over big data analytics, the problem of balancing the utilization of cloud resource and optimization of query response time has become more and more urgent. As a result, the selection of optimal data transmission path is considered as the top priority. The paper proposes an optimized cloud resource provisioning and allocating method to execute cross domain data analytics. As the experiments results shown, compared with the baseline approach, the proposed method presents a great significance for the prospect of applications which rely on cloud resource allocation.
