Abstract:
The demand-side flexibility can promote the consumption of new energy and realize peak shaving and valley filling. As one of the demand-side loads, the cold storage load has the characteristics of randomness, large power consumption and rapid development. It is of great significance to use economic adjustment methods such as auxiliary service market to guide cold storage resources to participate in power regulation. Aiming at the cold storage loads, this paper proposes a method for predicting the adjustable capacity and optimizing the strategy for the aggregation of cold storage loads to participate in the power market. Based on the temperature model of the cold storage, the economic operation model in the environment where the cold storage load participates in the electricity market is constructed, and the method for the cold storage aggregator to declare the adjustable capacity and price to participate in the power market is given, and the optimal decomposition method for the bid-winning power of cold storage aggregators is proposed. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper are verified by simulation analysis.
