Abstract:
The transmission chain of wind turbine is the key component of the unit to bear various loads of the wind. Its working characteristics are the important basis for testing the stability, reliability and safety of wind turbine. For the drive chain system, the load simulation technology of ground test system for transmission chain of 1.5MW wind turbine is proposed. According to its performance and requirements, a six-degree-of-freedom load hydraulic loading system is designed. Wind torque load is simulated by an induction motor through a reduction box and six parallel cylinders simulate yaw and flaparound non-torque loads. Using SolidWorks to model the transmission test platform, the hydraulic loading system is designed according to the wind load. Using the single cylinder hydraulic system as an example by this paper, each parameter of hydraulic system is calculated in detail and analyze the single cylinder system according to the parameters. Using fuzzy PID control, the hydraulic loading system is simulated by MATLAB /Simulink and the results show that the Hydraulic loading system has fine tracking and reproducing of wind load
