The development of intelligent data service mode of university library applying artificial intelligence

Abstract:
With the development and application of information technology, intelligent services have become a trend. In the information environment, university libraries are closely related to students' lives as carriers of knowledge and information resources. In the face of the huge and complex information needs, the traditional data service model can hardly meet the current user requirements for efficient and personalized search and collaborative work, nor can it provide high-quality convenient services and product experience for university students. Decision support is a personalised information service model for libraries that is geared towards data mining, classifying and analyzing large volumes of data to draw conclusions. It plays an important role in the storage and retrieval of high-volume and high-value information. At present, the scale of China's university literature resources construction is expanding, but many universities are still in the initial stage of informationization, coupled with the huge volume and variety of library data, therefore, this paper develops a set of intelligent data service model for university libraries based on artificial intelligence technology.
