Abstract:
Real-time perception of the structural state is essential for ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the aircraft. Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is an effective method for realizing large-area, distributed structural health monitoring of aircraft. Aiming at the problem of multi-parameter monitoring of aircraft, a multi-parameter WSN for structure health monitoring is developed. Firstly, the overall architecture of the WSN node is designed for the needs of multi-parameter monitoring. Then the hardware and software design are studied separately, as well as the integration of the multi-parameter WSN node is realized. Finally, the verification experiments of the node are carried out. The result shows that the node can effectively monitor the vibration, temperature, humidity, and air pressure of the structure.
