Abstract:
Power industry is one of the main areas of carbon emission. Comprehensive evaluation of the low carbon level of power grid can not only make grid enterprises have intuitive judgment on their own low carbon development level, but also provide the direction for the country to formulate relevant low-carbon policies in the power industry. Based on the existing researches, this paper uses the degree of application of various smart grid technologies and the relevant factors affecting the carbon emissions of the grid as the evaluation bases, constructs a set of comprehensive low-carbon energy efficiency indicator systems. At the same time, in light of the current lack of qualitative analysis on the low-carbon evaluation of the power grid, an improved super-efficient data envelopment analysis model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are proposed to achieve quantitative and qualitative analysis of the low-carbon level of the power grid, and taking part of the regional power grid as a research object, a case study is conducted to verify the practicability and effectiveness of this method.
