Design of Plasma Activated Fog Generator Based on Automatic Detection Technology

Abstract:
As the epidemic prevention and control has become normal, more and more new disinfection technologies and devices have attracted attention. Plasma contains a large number of charged and neutral particles, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, environmental protection and direct action on human body. In this paper, plasma discharge technology is used to design a plasma activated fog disinfection device, equipped with automatic monitoring system, real-time detection of activated fog ozone concentration and PH value, always keep activated fog ozone within a safe range, will not cause harm to people. At the end of the design, each part of the system is tested, the system basically meets the basic needs of activated fog monitoring, which can improve the efficiency of activated fog monitoring.
