Abstract:
During the operation of the permanent magnet DC motor, the armature core and the permanent magnet interact to generate cogging torque, which causes vibration and noise of the motor, which causes the motor to fail to work normally and the device to fail. Aiming at the problems of motor vibration and noise, its working principle is analyzed, the magnetic field model based on eccentricity is established, and the influence of eccentricity on the cogging torque of permanent magnet DC motor is studied. Using simulation analysis to reasonably design the magnetic pole eccentricity can effectively suppress the cogging torque of the permanent magnet DC motor, reduce the torque output fluctuation of the motor under normal operating conditions by 20%, and realize the stable control of the motor.
