Abstract:
Based on the large number of domestic converters and the fact that many of them are statically regulated, a targeted combination of image processing and other technologies is used to improve the shortcomings of static regulation and to develop a steel quality evaluation model for converters with a high hit rate that is suitable for the field environment. The output of the steel quality evaluation model is combined with the expert knowledge of the converter smelting process and the process data to establish a fuzzy expert compensation controller based on data fusion for the initial batching of converter steel, which can adjust the initial batching of the next furnace, so as to improve the one-pour hit rate, shorten the melting cycle and reduce the cost.
