Abstract:
The construction of the medical community is one of the most substantive actions in the medical reform, which aims to improve the efficiency of the allocation and use of medical resources. With the rapid development of modern network technology, big data and cloud computing technology, the construction of Internet Plus Medical Community has become an important means to build a regional medical center. By promoting the interconnection of information among medical and health institutions in the medical community, to create a technical basis for centralized and unified human, financial and material management, and to explore the establishment of a unified salary performance management and evaluation system for medical staff in the medical community. This paper discusses the application of Big Data in the reform of the medical community. By building a regional information platform, medical community organizations can establish a unified salary assessment system, which can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and satisfaction of medical staff.
