One of the important reasons is the mistrust of patients in grass-roots medical institutions. Patients tend to go to large-scale general hospitals, resulting in the imbalance of the health care system. Based on this, the country has launched a graded diagnosis and treatment reform. Under the background of Internet Plus medical treatment, the mode of graded diagnosis and treatment system has changed. Based on the information construction of triage system and the support of large-scale general hospitals to grass-roots medical institutions, patients can enjoy high-end medical resources in grass-roots medical institutions, which greatly improves the medical experience, has a positive impact on patients' psychology of seeking medical treatmen.
