Abstract:
The subculture community, an online community where subculture enthusiasts gather, usually builds websites to facilitate the exchange of information and resources. The issue is that far too many websites are not suitable for usage on smartphones. Therefore, we create a subculture community application based on the Android hybrid app development methodology to better meet the needs of mobile terminals. The application's video and image modules were created with the Android SDK, while the tools module was built with the hybrid app development framework. This application is based on the C/S architecture and uses HTTP API to complete the interaction between client and server. The client's image loading is handled by ImageLoader to simplify image caching. Additionally, a caching method appropriate for this application case is devised to eliminate needless network requests and increase speed. The application incorporates over ten distinct web functions, including video, audio, and images. Users can directly click to go to a specific page in the tool module or save their favourite page to the bottom navigation bar. This application was implemented and is now opensource, allowing users to access pictures and videos within the software and use the tools provided by the community.
