Abstract:
In order to make full use of space and frequency band resources, a Multi unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) deployment and adaptive carrier allocation algorithm for data collection in the Internet of Things communication system is proposed, which maximizes the total throughput of the system by jointly optimizing the spatial position and bandwidth allocation of UAV. Specifically, the problem is solved iteratively in three parts: the position of UAV, the association between UAV and equipment, and the adaptive carrier distribution. The position of UAV is solved by sequential quadratic programming. The penalty function is introduced to solve the association between UAV and equipment and carrier distribution, and the non-convex problem is transformed into a convex problem, which is solved by successive convex approximation technique. By cyclic iteration, the problem converges to a local optimal solution. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively improve the total throughput of the system.
