Abstract:
There will be obvious errors in the fusion of high conflict evidence, and there will be a "veto" power when one piece of evidence conflicts with other evidence. This paper improves the combination rule of D-S evidence theory. The improved combination rule can effectively allocate the conflicts among evidences to each focal element by considering the fluctuation of the focal element among evidences and the influence of the average support degree of the evidence to the focal element on the conflict. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can realize the situation estimation in the course of combat well, and can also be well integrated in the case of high conflict between evidences, which provides a strong guarantee for commanders to carry out strategic deployment and action plan.
