Construction of the evaluation index system of digital literacy of civil servants – Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model

Abstract:
In order to comprehensively evaluate the digital literacy ability of government civil servants, the main influencing factors of the digital literacy ability of civil servants are analyzed, and the hierarchical structure and judgment matrix are constructed by the analytic hierarchy process. A method combining qualitative description and quantitative analysis to evaluate the digital literacy ability of civil servants. The results show that the constructed digital literacy model of civil servants can effectively quantitatively evaluate the digital literacy of civil servants.
