Abstract:
Observing the epidemic caused by various new viruses in history, constitutes a major threat to public health safety issues of society. Based on the traditional SIR model, this paper discusses the actual situation when human society responds to public health emergencies and improves the model. For the incubation period of the initial epidemic, parameters of latent patients and deceased are added to the SEIRD model, and a related differential equation system is constructed to combine with the original SIR model. Through medical resources, population structure and other information related to epidemic prevention, and using the model parameters of the field of epidemiology, an interactive simulation model of human intervention is constructed to study the spread trend and evolution law of infectious diseases with different characteristics in different social environments. The SIR theoretical model supported by the improved means can provide a non-negligible impact of invisible latent patients on public health security issues in the early stage of the outbreak, as well as the simulation of the fatal situation of the epidemic, and provide more scientific theoretical support for the initial stage of epidemic prevention.
