Abstract:
In the realm of computer network applications, the network storage service system is a hotspot for study. The massive and redundant computing and storage resources are abstracted into a file system-like form and made available to end users over the network, with the goal of greatly expanding end users' relatively limited storage resources and allowing them to effectively reduce storage resources and maintenance costs. The traditional network storage service system primarily uses a client-server architecture, which is reasonably easy to construct and maintain; however, there are some issues in the face of single point failure and high availability requirements under heavy demand, necessitating additional development. Based on the foregoing considerations, the use of traditional peer-to-peer networks in file sharing is first researched and summarized; based on this, a network storage system model based on peer-to-peer networks with super nodes is further proposed; then the file operating algorithms of common nodes and super nodes are provided. Based on the proposed algorithms, the realization and verified experiment has been demonstrated; then ultimately, the system's merits and weaknesses are summarized, leading to point out the future research directions.
