Abstract:
In this paper a high voltage power supply for industrial X-ray application is presented. The industrial equipment to be supplied require a stable high voltage output up to 70 kV / 4200 W with a long-term stability of 0.01%. In order to achieve the high voltage output requirements, a resonant LCC converter followed by a voltage multiplier has been proposed.
