Abstract:
On basis of structural design, a calculation model with mechanical and movement was set up, and the functional relationships of expandable force with thrust, wedge angle, friction coefficient and thrust with binding force, friction coefficient were obtained. Calculation results showed that expandable force was 1.53 times of the thrust, the thrust increased 8.8kN when friction coefficient increased from 0.1 to 0.4, the thrust increased 19kN when friction coefficient increased from 0.5 to 0.8, maximum stress was 454 MPa.
