Abstract:
Industrial inspection is an indispensable part of Industrial production automation. In the era of the Internet of Things, machine vision is the main method of industrial inspection. Machine vision is mainly composed of image acquisition module, image processing module and image display module. The graphics processing unit (GPU) can convert the serial structure with low data dependency into a parallel structure. This article will proposes a design for the inspection of printed circuit boards (PCB). This design based on GPU will solve the problem of long inspection times. Through the parallel design of several industrial detection algorithms, and compare the time of the serial structure with the time of the parallel structure, the advantage of the parallel structure to the industrial detection algorithm is highlighted.
