Abstract:
The marine diesel engine propulsion shafting is not only an important part of the turbine, but also an important guarantee for the safety and normal navigation of the ship. With the development of large-scale, high-efficiency, and intelligent ships, not only the size and quality of the spiral awards have increased ingeniously, but the deformation of the hull structure has increased significantly, and the shafting structure, function, and state are all changing, which attracts more attention, and affected by factors as loading conditions, sea conditions in the sailing area, maintenance and repair, etc., it may cause erratic changes in the propulsion shafting state of the ship's diesel engine, excessive wear of the tail bearing, and even serious mechanical damage accidents such as shafting fatigue and breakage, which endanger the safety of the ship. And normal sailing. Therefore, from the perspective of the whole life cycle, it is necessary to deeply understand and master the service performance and service status changes of the large-scale "reciprocating and rotating" power system composed of the "diesel engine, one shaft, one spiral award".
