Abstract:
As an important device in industrial automation system, Electric Actuator is widely used in modern industrial control. For the actual demand of specific working conditions, it needs to output a certain torque. At present, the factory torque calibration of Electric Actuator is basically calibrated by control box. This paper presents a solution of visual interface based on OrangePi. The scheme is based on the simulated resistance of Magnetic Powder Brake, the detection torque of torque sensor and the detection speed of encoder. The OrangePi is used as the control core, and the output current of KTC800A tension controller controls the resistance; HMI interface is designed based on lightweight display framework lvgl, which is simple and intuitive; This scheme detects the detailed operating parameters such as current, voltage, speed and torque of the Electric Actuator during operation, and uploads various parameters to Alibaba cloud Internet of Things platform. Users can view data remotely through web pages. The torque test of bare metal and whole machine of Electric Actuator is realized.
