Abstract:
In order to obtain the fatigue life change of the oil buffer for the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker during the operation process, static calculation was carried out at the critical moment of the oil buffer operation process, and the fatigue life of the cylinder block was analyzed from the SN curve. The result found that: During the operation of the device, the maximum stress and strain points generally appear near the edge of the oil discharge orifice. The actual maximum stress is about 300MPa, and the strain is basically at the um level; the maximum stress point is always coming when the cylinder has the maximum pressure. At the moment, the most vulnerable position of the oil buffer is near the edge of the oil discharge orifice, but its cycle life is still far beyond the national standard.
